So, as we got introduced to PSX and their whole concept with ALMA and having essentially the artificial intelligence, it gives you a live administrative assistant, that feature or that component, that philosophy behind your system is what caught my attention.

CHANGES TO THE SALES PROCESS

I think PSX eliminates that confrontation between the salesperson and the tower on what tasks are being done and what aren’t being done. It eliminates the opportunity for a salesperson to, skip a step, maybe not share everything. It puts more integrity into the system and because of the integrity is there, it allows everybody to be on the same team. We don’t have to question the salespeople. Salespeople don’t have to wonder what management’s going to be asking of them. They don’t have to be thinking of their answers. It’s just real information. Real data.

Well, over time we’ve gone from paper systems to computerized systems and anything that was PC based meant that salesperson had to be at their desk. And then we tried some tablets and that was a little bit intrusive and the system wasn’t just perfect. The only tool that we all use every day, all the time is our phones. So, we’re very comfortable with our phone. Give us an app that works and it’s going to be utilized. We’re not having to introduce new technology. We’re using our favorite instrument.

They’re now transitioned to a different department. After the sale or service department, but it’s seamless to the front and the back. We just have a probably a higher low of involvement with the customer.

PSX PERSONAL FAVORITE

As a dealer, I like the snapshot that I can look at my sales department. To know my ups and my sale. I can look at my inventory, look at the aging. That’s one of the things I don’t like to look at. However, I’ve got this big bar graph at the bottom and you know the right-hand columns to high. That’s the old age units, the number of units that have photographs. I think I like the little snapshot as well as anything.
