The KTM SX-E 5 is an all-electric mini-crosser aimed at both beginner and competitive junior riders. With zero emissions and minimal sound pollution, it takes its place at the leading edge of competitive mini-cross, and provides a real-world READY TO RACE alternative to the petrol-powered 50 cc engine. Featuring high-quality components that make it significantly different from the many electric mini-cycles available on the market, the KTM SX-E 5 is a fully-fledged competition motorcycle, making it more accessible to younger riders for use in areas where noise emissions are restricted.

ELECTRIC MOTOR
The permanent magnet, air-cooled motor has an extremely compact and slim design well suited to the smaller chassis. It produces a peak power of 5 kW and due to its dust and waterproof design, the motor does
not wear and is maintenance free. It features an integrated control unit (ECU) that guarantees a direct, but controllable power delivery.

MULTIFUNCTIONAL DISPLAY
The Multifunctional Display is located between the steering head and the seat. It provides all of the necessary information about the status of your KTM SX-E 5. The numbers light up to indicate the ride mode that has been selected, while battery life is highlighted by green lights on the side. A yellow battery light appears when the charge is down to 30 % and changes to red when the levels get more critical.

SUSPENSION
The KTM SX-E 5 features a modern, fully adjustable WP XACT air fork, with outstanding comfort, damping characteristics and directional stability. The 35 mm upside-down front fork has 205 mm of travel and thanks to the air spring fitted in the left fork leg, can be adjusted to perfectly suit the rider’s weight using a simple air pump.
