The needs of snowmobilers who use their machines as a way of life are vastly different than those who seek the thrill and adventure of recreational riding. Yamaha has a deep understanding of what it takes to get the job done in the extremes of winter. The simple design and dependability of the technically advanced Transporter 800 articulated long track fill these needs. At its heart is a two‑stroke, 794cc engine with back‑up recoil starting. Purposeful attributes like a rugged storage rack, sturdy tow hitch, long‑range fuel capacity and functional protection from the elements are all provided to fit those special needs.
HIGHLIGHTS:
153-inch x 2.25-inch Power Claw Track
This 153-inch-long Power Claw track uses 2.25-inch lugs in a 3.0 pitch configuration. The forward-curved-edge lugs are now reinforced to help keep things hooked up when pulling a heavy load or breaking trail. The 153-inch length coupled with the articulated skid frame gets it done regardless of the task at hand.
Storage Rack with Hitch
A sturdy tube-style rack provides ample storage for fuel cans, gear or whatever you need to get the job done. Additional storage is provided by a full size under seat storage bag. And a strong pivot type hitch is included to hook up to your towables.
Multi-Function Digital Gauge
Full-featured and easy to read, the digital gauge displays critical information in a glance including speed, fuel level, trip mileage, tach, elevation, temperatures and more. Changing functions is now made easy with the switch controls on the left handlebar. We even included a clock so you can watch the time fly.
