- This enhancement allows the users to add a unit of interest and add to an appraisal while they are easily entering a new customer with ease on their mobile phone.
- CUSTOMER RECORD VIEW
- Newly enhanced add-ons provide visibility to salesperson ownership of a customer record, history of active salesperson interactions and alerts a salesperson working with a customer to which they are not the owner.
- SALES ACTION BUTTON
- Alerts the salesperson of missing contact data directly from the customer record.
- WITH CUSTOMER BAR
- This update provides intuitive and real-time visibility to a salesperson activity via a color bar indicator while in a customer record.
- FORMS UPDATE
- Forms are now more comfortable to read! Larger font and better spacing – making managing from mobile easy on the eyes.
- DEPARTMENT UPDATE
- Department options have been added to help designate the specific area to which a call or lead is destined.
- PARTS/SERVICE CUSTOMER INFO
- Prompts are pushed directly inside the mobile app to complete customer records when missing during Parts/Service calls.
- ADMINISTRATIVE UPDATES
- Various improvements that align with recent iPhone updates, displayed time, automatic user logouts and more!
