Last December, Harley-Davidson announced that it was spinning off LiveWire, the company’s electric-bike division, and merging it with special purpose acquisition company AEA-Bridges Impact Corp. Once the merger is completed, LiveWire will trade on the New York Stock Exchange under the symbol LVW.

On March 8, Polaris announced that it and Zero Motorcycles, its partner for developing top-notch electric vehicles, were named to Fast Company’s 2022 list of the World’s Most Innovative Companies.
